Don’t worry! YES, we will be able to get you the replacement parts/cabinets that are needed . If you decide to return your entire order it would be treated as a regular return and you would be responsible for the return shipping and a 30% restocking fee. The initial shipping charge would not be able to be refunded. We will also need the delivery paperwork that noted the damage (paperwork the delivery driver had).

No, if any cabinets are damaged, please do not assemble these cabinets. The pictures needed by our claims department must be unassembled cabinets. Due to manufacturer guidelines, replacement parts will not be issued for cabinets that are already assembled because the manufacturer does not know the damage did not occur during assembly. Please leave any damaged cabinets unassembled until customer service lets you know it is ok to proceed with assembly.

No, do not refuse any damaged items, just note the damages on the shipping paperwork the driver has, have them sign and make sure you receive a copy. Then, contact us (please make sure it’s within 3 days of your delivery) to take care of the damaged item(s)

If Glass Door Inserts or Glass Shelves are damaged during shipment, we will not re-ship since they would have to ship via Ground and will more than likely be damaged again.

Please contact customer service immediately if you need to change your shipping address. If a shipping address is changed after an order ships or if an address was entered incorrectly on an order and needs to be changed after shipment, most freight companies will charge a fee. We will contact the freight company ASAP if your order has already shipped and find out if there are any fees involved. We will do our best to eliminate or reduce any fees, but if the freight company charges for the change, you would be responsible for these charges.

If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please let customer service know within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours changes/cancellations may not be able to be made without incurring fees since your order may have already begun the packing process to prep for shipping. While we will try our best to accommodate any requests, many times, door sample orders will not be able to be changed/canceled since most will ship the same day you place your order.

If you need to cancel your order that is in transit to you, we would need to contact the freight company to have it returned to the warehouse. You would be responsible for any return shipping fees being charged by the freight company, in addition to the initial shipping charge you paid when placing the order and a 30% restocking fee. Once the order is returned to the warehouse, you will be refunded less the shipping and restocking fees.

In some cases, there will be certain items out of stock. If this is the case, we will notify you and let you know when it will be in stock. Then you will have the option to: 1) Ship all in-stock items right away and the out-of-stock item(s) when they come in. You may be responsible for additional shipping charges 2) Wait until all items are in, then ship complete 3) Cancel the out of stock item(s) 4) Switch the out of stock item(s) to another item that is in stock and ship the order (ex: switch a 15" drawer base to a regular 15" base, or a 21x30 wall cabinet to a 18x30 wall cabinet with a 3” filler). If the items being changed result in a higher cost, you would be responsible for the difference and if they are a lesser cost, you would receive a refund for that amount

Terms and Conditions

Thank you for your order; US Kitchen Cabinets makes every effort to ensure you receive your material as ordered. We are committed to your satisfaction. Please read and review the following terms and conditions of your purchase.

Measurements: The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of all measurements supplied to US Kitchen Cabinets. US Kitchen Cabinets accepts no responsibility or liability for measurement errors. The customer is responsible for the final design approval.

Deposits: The customer is required to pay in full prior to shipping direct to a residence or business. Orders picked up at any retail location, require a 100% deposit. Delivery Lead Times: All delivery times are estimates; US Kitchen Cabinets cannot guarantee specific deadlines and recommends that the buyer not schedule installation until the buyer receives product.

Common Carrier Delivery: US Kitchen Cabinets contracts delivery services through common carriers. US Kitchen Cabinets does not direct or control the operations of the Common Carriers. Each Carrier sets and executes its own policies and practices.

Inspection: Cabinets are delivered unassembled. Claims for shortages or damages must be made upon receipt. The buyer is responsible for final inspection. Concealed damage claims (damage found after unpacking) must be made within 3 days of receipt of product. Do not install damaged or defective product. Assembly or modification of the products may void claims for damage. To file a claim please send an email to info@kitchencabinetmall.com .

Returns: Returns are permitted within 10 days of receipt of product. The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with any return, and will be responsible for a 30% restocking fee. Requests for returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of product. Special Orders, Close-out items, Clearance items, or products sold AS IS may not be returned. To be eligible for a return or exchange, product must be in its original condition and packing. Installed product may not be exchanged or returned. Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable. Additional shipping costs relating to a return or exchange are the responsibility of the buyer.

Cancellations: Cancelled orders are subject to a 30% restocking fee applied prior to any return of unused deposit.

Payments and Refunds: US Kitchen Cabinets accepts cash, checks, debit cards and credit cards. A $50 fee will be assessed for returned checks. Refunds for purchases made by cash or check will be refunded by check within 2-4 weeks and purchases by credit or debit card will be credited back to the credit or debit card used for the purchase. Down payments or deposits are due and payable at the time of order.

Personal Information: Providing personal information is voluntary and not a condition of sale but no warranty, return or exchange is allowed unless the buyer furnishes his/her name, address and telephone number.

US Kitchen Cabinets will not be held responsible for cabinets ordered due to incorrect measurements supplied by customer. Cabinets are delivered “unassembled”; assembly and installation is not included. Shipping damage claims will not be accepted after assembly of cabinets. Returns must be in original sealed packaging and subject to a 30% handling fee on all management approved returns.
